I'm Chef Coolbreezz, you can call me Dre.

 

I care about creating beautiful experiences with food to facilitate human connection.

 

I have 20+yrs of experience in the culinary industry. I have worked in various capacities (sous, CDC, exec chef) at many fine dining restaurants in San Francisco (Avery, Campton Place, Alexander’s Steakhouse, Tosca, others…). I have also had the honor to provide countless personalized private dining events and find them very fulfilling.

I can walk into your kitchen, without any special equipment and create an exquisite meal. I will create a beautifully cohesive menu with your input, do all of the shopping based on the menu and provide everything needed to execute the meal.

My goal is to create a stress-free environment for the host and to allow them to enjoy time with their guests without worrying about the kitchen, food, serving or cleaning. I will leave your place cleaner than I found it and your guests will be blown away.
